Service scope
FromReviews is a web service for analyzing public app reviews.
The current product includes public report browsing, signed-in analysis requests, paid subscriptions, and report export.
Accounts and use
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or service-disrupting activity.
We may limit or suspend access if we detect clear abuse, attacks, or other material violations of these terms.
Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Pro subscriptions are billed in USD at the public price of $10/month. Unless canceled before the next billing date, the subscription renews automatically.
If you cancel, paid access continues until the current billing period ends.
Refunds
Refund terms are listed on the refund policy page. The default refund window is 30 days.
By starting checkout, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the refund policy.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any specific business outcome.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data.
Merchant of Record
Payments, taxes, and refunds are processed by Paddle.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
