I subscribed and I cannot access my recordings. · Since February of 2026, I purchased a subscription for my Camtro doorbell Cam. Since then I’ve made several attempts to make contact with customer support which is a big fat joke, I’ve gotten no response, I’ve respectfully asked for a refund and still to this day ( 04.06.2026) no one from customer support “CHAT” has made an attempt to answer my concerns nor has attempted to help me resolve my issue. There’s no toll free number given in the Camtro app nor no number is listed here in the App Store. After I’ve made my subscription purchase and every time I attempt to view live feed from my door cam I am prompted to make a subscription purchase first in which I have done already. ALSO! I provided proof of purchase in the customer support chat and still I haven’t heard a peep out of customer support chat. SOME SUPPORT HUH.!? ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️-💔 “To my fellow Cusumers”, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BUY IN TO THIS PARTICULAR APP AND DOORBELL COMPANY. Keeps disconnecting · This camera would be fine if it would stop disconnecting from the WiFi and or my phone. It’s located outside my front door and the router is right next to the front door on the inside. I don’t have any issues with anything else in my house connecting to WiFi so it’s definitely a camera issue

Camtro program · The human detection even though on full takes a few seconds to catch. It jumps in and out of service and the human detection keeps going off by itself. It only takes 10 second video even though someone’s out there for longer. It is cheap. $30 a year that’s a good thing but it’s not worth much more.

Camera great, in all purchases suck · I’ve requested refund due to the fact that they were not working to the standard they were supposed to. Reached out multiple times to support and Apple. Cannot log into multiple devices as promised. Apple declined my refund. CAMTRO support has not reached out in weeks not even once.

Update please · Love it but I wish it can let me sign in more device . I sign in on my phone while I’m at work . And it will sign out my wife phone . I can be at work sign in and my wife is at home the door bell will ring but my wife won’t notice because she’s sign out because I’m sign in

Always have to login · Pretty much the title says it all. By the time You’ve logged in the person who rang your doorbell has buggered off. No other video doorbell I’ve owned has had this problem
